Hi, I’m Char, the proud owner of Trophy Pups!

In early 2026, I took a leap of faith and left my long-term career to pursue what I knew could be my dream job – dog grooming.

Before starting my journey in the grooming industry, I spent many years working in fire safety, travelling around London servicing fire alarms and fire extinguishers. While I enjoyed my career and the people I worked with, I knew deep down that I wanted a change and a career that truly reflected my passion.

After a few encouraging nudges from friends and family, I finally took the plunge. I enrolled on an intensive dog grooming course at Groomarts Academy and handed in my notice. It was a big step, but one I’ve never regretted.

I’ve always been an animal lover and a lifelong dog owner. Dogs have brought so much joy to my life over the years, and I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my days than caring for them. Turning that love into a career felt like the perfect fit.

After completing my training, I threw myself into building Trophy Pups from the ground up. From creating my website and designing business cards to developing the brand itself, every part of the business has been built with care, dedication, and a genuine love for dogs.

So now I am really looking forward to welcoming your Pups to my salon, were I will aim is to provide a calm, friendly, and welcoming environment where for all Pups. I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family, and I will treat every pup that comes through my door as if they are my own.
